Cancellation Policy

Bookings made through Airbnb

Private room and shared room bookings follow Airbnb’s Firm cancellation policy:

• Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before check-in.
• 50% refund if cancelled 7–29 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, and your check-in date is at least 7 days away, you’ll get a full refund automatically under Airbnb’s 24-hour grace period — this applies before the terms above kick in.

Direct & full-house bookings (via website inquiry)

For bookings confirmed directly with us rather than through Airbnb:

• Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before check-in.
• 50% refund if cancelled 15–29 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations within 15 days of check-in, or no-shows.

Changes to dates

Date changes are subject to availability and may be treated as a new booking if the new dates fall outside the original cancellation window.

How to cancel

Contact us directly by email or WhatsApp with your booking details as soon as you know your plans have changed — the earlier we hear from you, the more flexibility we can offer.
