Bookings

Private and shared rooms are booked and paid for through Airbnb and are subject to Airbnb’s own terms of service. Full-house bookings and group inquiries made directly through this website are confirmed by Flow House K59 directly.

• Full balance due at time of booking. Payment methods accepted: cash, or inquire about digital pay options.
• For longer stays or requests for split payments: deposit amount (half of the reservation) due at time of booking; the full amount must be paid at check-in.

Rates & availability

Rates shown on the site are current at the time of publishing but may change without notice. A confirmed booking honors the rate agreed on at the time of booking.

Check-in / check-out

Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out depending on availability — $15 fee.

House rules

Guests are expected to respect shared spaces, quiet hours, and each other.

• Smoking: No smoking indoors or in bedrooms. Outdoor common areas only, away from other guests.
• Pets: Flow House is home to two resident dogs. We’re not able to accommodate guests’ own pets at this time. Inquire on a case-by-case basis.
• Guests & visitors: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Day visitors are welcome but should be arranged with your host in advance.
• Minimum age: Guests booking a private or shared room must be 18 or older. Minors are welcome when booking the full house with a parent or guardian.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in shared spaces, out of respect for other guests and neighbors.
• Shared spaces: Please help keep the kitchen, lounges, and bathrooms tidy for the next person.

Assumption of risk

Flow House K59 sits near active surf breaks. Guests take part in surfing, swimming, and other ocean or outdoor activities at their own risk. We encourage appropriate caution, and lessons or guidance for beginners.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flow House K59 is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage arising from your stay, except where caused by our negligence.

Website use

This website and its content are provided for informational purposes. We do our best to keep it accurate but don’t guarantee it’s error-free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site, or a new booking, means you accept the current version.
